Key Responsibilities:- Support patients undergoing Joint Replacement surgery and address their needs to enable a safe discharge.
- Participate in change management for service improvement and work closely with the physiotherapy team.
- An annual salary of £29,375 - £36,521.
- A £3000 welcome bonus (terms and conditions apply).
