About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Black Cherry Recruitment Ltd. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of marketing, brand, and communications for our fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Plans: Create and implement annual digital plans to increase traffic, engagement, and consumer awareness for our group brands.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and execute social plans to increase traffic, engagement, and international consumer awareness for our group brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and new platforms.
  • Content Creation: Produce creative social assets from idea through to visual execution, including writing content for our websites and blogs, and press releases where necessary.
  • Influencer Management: Research and liaison with influencers, negotiate fees, and manage budgets for gifted and paid posts.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze market trends, create social ads, and format campaign planning, as well as reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Develop relationships with brand ambassadors, negotiate fees, and manage budgets.
  • Event Coordination: Attend and coordinate influencer events.
  • PPC Management: Manage the full life cycle of paid social campaigns, including market trend and audience research.
  • Website Updates: Implement website updates where necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the UK sales team regularly and prepare and integrate marketing and communication messages through PR, media communications, and SEO.
  • Visual Asset Creation: Have an involvement in producing creative visual assets from idea through to visual execution, including POS.
  • Agency Liaison: Liaise with 3rd party agencies on a regular basis.
  • International Support: Where relevant, support growing overseas distribution through tailored territory support.
  • Photoshoots: Research and production of photoshoots to support seasonal launches, including model and still life shoots.
  • POS Development: Work alongside the graphics department to develop POS/in-store concepts and assets to support our group brands in the retail environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
