About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Electus Healthcare. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in key areas of service provision and ensuring that high standards of care are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.

You will provide leadership and advice to colleagues, undertake line management responsibilities, and co-ordinate and lead on the quality and management of care and treatment of residents living within the home. You will also participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in key areas of service provision
  • Provide leadership and advice to colleagues
  • Undertake line management responsibilities
