Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Driffield. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations and serve as a role model for the team.
  • Manage onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Provide expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers, addressing complex employee relations and payroll management.
  • Oversee payroll preparation, employee absence management, and maintain HR systems, documentation, and data confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification with strong UK employment law knowledge.
