Position Overview:
  • Oversee a variety of employee relations matters from initiation to resolution, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievances, probation assessments, appeals, and wellness issues.
  • Assist Line Managers in the effective application of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engage with external legal advisors as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide consistent updates on all processes.
  • Adopt a proactive stance in fostering enhancements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • CIPD certification with a solid grasp of UK employment legislation.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Consultant within the Hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven commercial insight demonstrated through previous positions.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
