H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead their Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing initiatives. As the Head of EDI & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with the organization's goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement EDI and wellbeing strategies that promote a culture of inclusion and respect
* Lead and manage a team of EDI and wellbeing professionals to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that support EDI and wellbeing
* Develop and deliver educational programs to promote awareness and understanding of EDI and wellbeing issues
* Monitor and evaluate EDI and wellbeing metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

* Proven experience in leading EDI and wellbeing initiatives in a complex organization
* Strong understanding of EDI and wellbeing principles and practices
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
