About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Breakfast Assistant to join our team at the Residence Inn Manchester Hotel. As a Breakfast Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests, promoting our hotel's offerings and increasing revenue.
  • Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately, maintaining a secure and efficient payment process.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Assist with room service orders, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for our team members and guests.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the hospitality industry.
