This position entails overseeing a dedicated team of manufacturing engineers tasked with developing comprehensive work instructions for detailed components and assemblies within the CMS framework. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing daily objectives, assessing team productivity, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine manufacturing work instructions.
  • Manage process design modifications and address technical inquiries.
  • Assess and identify team training requirements.
  • Provide accurate estimates for production timelines.
  • Represent the Manufacturing Engineering team during design evaluations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of HNC or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field.
