Job Description

Rontec Roadside Retail Limited is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to support the running and development of our food service concepts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Food Service Project Manager in the implementation of branded and non-branded food service concepts across our network.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review sales and performance data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to ensure they are trained to monitor and drive successful standards of the food business.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food safety and quality across all sites.
  • Assist in the development of new food service concepts and initiatives.
  • Provide support to the ongoing development of our food brands.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Food Service Team, Operations Team, and HR Team.
  • Complete weekend site visits on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to control processes for delivery of excellent service.
  • Understanding of relevant legislations.
