Job Title: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Pickfords, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact assigned sales leads within set timelines.
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries via Live Chat, web, or phone.
  • Log all activities, including calls, appointments, and tasks, into our CRM system.
  • Clarify customers' buying criteria and requirements through effective questioning.
  • Provide preliminary pricing to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget.
  • Introduce affiliate services where appropriate.
  • Follow up on all enquiries to conclusion and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
  • Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
  • Support general administrative duties as required.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the success of Pickfords Business Moving.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of tele-marketing or sales experience.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC use, especially with Word and Excel.
  • Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the competitive environment.
  • Good networking skills.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
