Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Executive at Pickfords, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively contact assigned sales leads within set timelines.
- Respond professionally to incoming enquiries via Live Chat, web, or phone.
- Log all activities, including calls, appointments, and tasks, into our CRM system.
- Clarify customers' buying criteria and requirements through effective questioning.
- Provide preliminary pricing to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget.
- Introduce affiliate services where appropriate.
- Follow up on all enquiries to conclusion and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
- Support general administrative duties as required.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to the success of Pickfords Business Moving.
Requirements:- 2 years of tele-marketing or sales experience.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in PC use, especially with Word and Excel.
- Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
- Understanding of customer needs and the competitive environment.
- Good networking skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
