Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and professionals involved in the individual's care.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience working with individuals in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
