Talent Guardian is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team in Coventry. As a key member of the Credit Control team, you will play a vital role in managing accounts and reducing the company's exposure to bad debt. Your responsibilities will include timely allocation of payments and credits, managing release of orders balancing credit risk with business growth, and ensuring timely invoice uploads and customer payments. You will also be responsible for weekly customer statements and chasing overdue debt, as well as handling daily queries and taking payments over the phone. To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in Credit Control, familiarity with Amazon Central Supplier and EMEA ledgers, and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with EDI. You will also need to have excellent customer service skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. This is a 6-month temp contract, paid weekly. If you are a highly organized individual with the ability to work unsupervised and adapt to change, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
