Key Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you will assist in organizing, guiding, and training kitchen staff in accordance with company standards.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring that food preparation and management comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, and reporting any incidents
  • Assisting the manager in maintaining, ordering, and managing food inventory within budgetary constraints
  • Keeping up-to-date with product and menu knowledge, while ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation, including portion and quality control
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas and ensuring equipment is well-kept

Work Schedule: 5 days a week
