About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role, that's a bonus, but we will provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, including straight shifts, with various full and part-time hours per 4-week period. You will work a rota basis, including public and bank holidays, and during Christmas and New Year.
