About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks with a smile
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of service

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive attitude. You will be a team player who is able to work flexibly and is committed to providing a high level of service to our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
