Aston Martin is seeking an experienced Senior Warranty Claims Assessor to lead the assessment of warranty claims from our global dealer network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing high-value claims, coaching and mentoring the team, ensuring claim quality, supporting warranty audits, and effectively managing and focusing on internal and regional targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage high-value claims and ensure timely resolution
* Coach and mentor the team to improve claim quality and efficiency
* Support warranty audits and ensure compliance with company policies
* Collaborate with the team to drive success and build strong relationships

**Requirements:**

* Strong understanding of the motor trade industry
* Experience with OEMs is a plus but not essential
* Knowledge of dealership-level operations and aftersales functions
* Warranty experience is advantageous, though not mandatory
