We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing site-based engineering support to minimize downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance and repair of all onsite automated equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, including mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Comply with health and safety legislation and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized engineering qualification, such as an ONC or equivalent.
  • Experience working with automated material handling systems.
  • Ability to work at height and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
