As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

We are committed to providing our staff with the best possible training and development opportunities, including NVQs and career progression paths. Our comprehensive induction program ensures that all new staff members feel supported and confident in their role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to children and young people in our care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of our residents
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
