Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children's CSE

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and self-esteem.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

  • A competitive rate of pay: £11.92 - £12.54 per hour, with a £30.00 additional sleep-in rate.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential care setting.

  • Enhanced DBS check and references required.
