Position: Conveyancer

Location: Cardiff

Work Schedule: Full-time and hybrid

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee legal processes involved in residential property transactions, including both leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Manage a variety of transactions such as purchases, sales, remortgages, auctions, and new developments.
  • Collaborate effectively with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Utilize the OMS system to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Evaluate risks and provide sound legal guidance on property transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of legal advice for every residential property transaction.
  • Complete all necessary tasks and activities in a timely manner.
  • Review AML information submitted by clients for compliance.
  • Identify additional legal services that may benefit clients.
  • Conduct thorough file reviews prior to the exchange of contracts.
  • Qualifications: Experience-based qualification, Solicitor, Council of Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx, or a Law Degree.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided by the organization.
