Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal processes related to residential property transactions, encompassing leaseholds, freeholds, and both registered and unregistered properties.
  • Oversee a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, sales, remortgages, auctions, and new developments.
  • Collaborate effectively with solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties throughout the transaction process.
  • Utilize the OMS system to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Evaluate risks and provide sound legal counsel regarding transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of legal advice for all residential property dealings.
  • Execute all necessary tasks and activities in a timely manner.
  • Review AML information submitted by clients to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for Additional Legal Services for clients.
  • Conduct thorough file assessments prior to the exchange of contracts.
  • Qualifications: Must be qualified by experience, Solicitor, Council of Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx, or possess a Law Degree.
  • Company-provided mandatory training available.
