We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team at The Goodwood Estate. As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our retail operations during the Goodwood Revival event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Assist with the management of retail outlets, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail team to deliver a high-quality customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
