Position Summary

As a Wellness Center Supervisor at Lampton 360 Limited, you will oversee the daily operations of the fitness department and lead the fitness team. Your role will focus on ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for our members while also conducting a couple of managerial shifts weekly. You will actively manage team performance, set objectives, and offer constructive feedback to foster team development and uphold our high standards.


Key Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering an outstanding fitness experience for our members, ensuring our fitness equipment is utilized effectively and that we have the right expertise available.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospective clients, addressing and escalating complaints as necessary.
  • Regularly assessing fitness equipment, programs, and activities, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Managing the fitness budget, including stock assessments and inventories.
  • Supporting the center in achieving fitness-related targets and KPIs.
  • Providing clear leadership in compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing or escalating issues as required.
  • Overseeing the fitness team, offering coaching and development to ensure they remain informed about the latest industry trends and the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, you should have prior experience as a Fitness Manager, with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and develop team members to reach their potential and meet established goals. Strong communication skills and a background in delivering exceptional customer service are essential. Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check.


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification or equivalent.
  • Preferably hold or be working towards a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
  • Preferably hold or be working towards a First Aid at Work qualification.
