We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions, working with children with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Case holding of children and young people receiving support through S17 CIN, including direct payments, CIN visits, and care plan reviews.
- Statutory visits, CLA reviews, and care plan updates for children subject to S20 and S31.
- 12-month reassessments of child and family assessments.
- Attendance at MDT meetings, EHCP meetings, and multi-agency working with health and education professionals.
- Covering safeguarding responsibilities, S47 enquiries, and CP planning, PLO, and court work.
- Experience in working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
