Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our innovative Dermatology team at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Dermatologist with a surgical interest to work across both our hospital sites, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital. The post can be considered as full-time or part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced surgical level of skills in Dermatology
- Work closely with the existing consultant team to provide a wide range of dermatology services in partnership with primary care colleagues
- Develop and maintain the competencies required to carry out the duties required of the post, specifically development of the department's Patch Testing specialist service and TENs service
About Our Trust: We provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East. Our Trust has been rated by the Care Quality Commission as 'Good' in all five of the main domains of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, giving us an overall rating of 'Good'. We've also been awarded an 'Outstanding' rating for 'use of resources' by an NHS Improvement inspection.
Our Facilities: Our facilities are some of the best in the country. We are currently spending £25 million on expanding our adult and neonatal critical care facilities at Chelsea and Westminster and redevelopment of our children's unit at West Middlesex – in partnership with our charity, CW+ and generous donors.
