Key Responsibilities- Assist Site Management with all aspects of grain storage operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching grain.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures, including maintaining accurate records.
- Work with customers to meet their requirements for drying, cleaning, and storage operations, ensuring high levels of quality and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
- Assist with grain testing and weighing operations, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and customer requirements.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of grain storage operations (desirable but not essential).
- Training will be provided for the right candidate.
