Job Overview

Position Summary:
Sisco Jobs is looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Piping Supervisor to become a vital part of our construction workforce.

In this role, you will take charge of directing and managing the installation, upkeep, and repair of piping infrastructures at various construction sites.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of pipe fitters, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and upholding superior quality standards in all work performed.



Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee and manage the installation, upkeep, and repair of piping infrastructures
. Lead a team of pipe fitters, offering direction and assistance as necessary
. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies
. Maintain precise documentation of work progress, materials utilized, and equipment servicing
. Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and other construction specialists to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
. Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any issues or potential risks
. Mentor and train new and junior personnel

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping installation and maintenance

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and piping systems
  • Strong grasp of safety regulations and practices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant certifications or licenses may be necessary
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
