Job Overview

Position Summary:
Sisco Jobs is in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Piping Supervisor to enhance our construction workforce.

In this role, you will take charge of managing and directing the installation, upkeep, and repair of piping infrastructures on various construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of pipe fitters, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and upholding superior work quality.



Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee and manage the installation, upkeep, and repair of piping infrastructures
. Lead a team of pipe fitters, offering direction and assistance as necessary
. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and organizational policies
. Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials utilized, and equipment servicing
. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve project timelines and quality benchmarks
. Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify any issues or potential risks
. Provide training and mentorship to new and junior team members

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping installation and maintenance

  • Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction and piping systems
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Relevant certifications or licenses may be necessary
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
