Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in Harlow, England.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide care to patients with mental health needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote trust, understanding, and effective communication.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
  • Accurate record-keeping and adherence to CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Participation in regular mandatory training to maintain skills and knowledge.

Person Specification:
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
