About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medication, including injections, and monitor treatment outcomes to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Respond to distressed patients in a non-threatening manner, using active listening skills to understand their concerns and needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.
  • Accurate record-keeping in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Regular mandatory training to maintain professional competence.
