Role Purpose: To deliver administrative oversight in support of the daily operational functions of the warehouses, aligning with established business objectives to maintain and improve service delivery.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: On-site at the corporate offices


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customs representatives and full-load transport networks to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of cargo to warehouses and clients.
  • Manage the processing of shipping invoices while monitoring logistics-related expenditures.
  • Review and verify shipping documentation, collaborating with suppliers and clients globally.
