**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Migration Coordinator to join our team at Essential Employment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful operational delivery of projects related to migration in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure the successful operational delivery of projects in relation to supporting migration in the region in schemes such as the National Transfer Scheme, Ukraine Schemes, and Asylum.

* Attend regional or national meetings as required and perform some out-of-hours work.

* Produce reports, manuals, procedures, and policy information to support the development of the Partnership, strategy, and practice at regional and local authority level for migration.

* Provide an effective and efficient secretariat, event management, programme, and develop communications plan for designated area of work to include projects and holding regional seminars.

**Requirements**

* Strong understanding of migration schemes and policies.

* Excellent communication and project management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £21.47.

* Full-time hours on a temporary basis.

* Opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to migration.
