Our tailored care services cater to a diverse range of individuals, including adults, children, and young people facing various health challenges such as spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.
This role offers you the chance to enhance your career, clinical expertise, and management skills, with the added benefit of no bank holiday, weekend, or night shifts.
Position Overview
As a Community Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and updating individual care plans.
- Providing practical training and clinical supervision to care staff.
- Utilizing your clinical knowledge to collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and both private and NHS facilities.
Additionally, you will participate in our compensated phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this rewarding position, you should be self-driven, enthusiastic, compassionate, and empathetic.
