The People Pod is seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor to oversee our UPVC installation team in Aylesford, Kent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a small but busy branch, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor, ensuring efficient project delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct surveys and provide expert advice on UPVC installation and repair.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.
- Monitor and control branch expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising teams and achieving deadlines in the double-glazing industry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
