Reservationist - 6 Month FTC

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reservationist to assist with managing reservations for our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process reservations using our hotel's management system.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to customers.
- Prepare reports on reservations and revenue as required.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of reservation management systems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
