About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team at B&M Retail's Liverpool Distribution Centre.
This is a 360-role, reporting into the Recruitment Partner, responsible for recruiting for a wide range of positions within our Supply Chain Network. As the Recruitment Specialist, you will support the network with all things recruitment, from initial briefs with hiring managers to offer and onboarding stages with successful candidates.
Working closely with key stakeholders in multiple functions, you will ensure that B&M Retail attracts, selects, and retains the best talent for our fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements.
- Proactively resourcing using various search methods to identify top talent.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including telephone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate feedback.
- Support the recruitment partner in collating data and insight to evaluate resourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support talent pipelines across the supply chain network.
- Support the onboarding process for new managers.
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency.
- Full working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including onboarding.
- Confident and credible, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Understanding of the recruitment market.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and react to change.
- Results-focused and able to work to tight deadlines.
