We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our lettings team, you will provide administrative support and liaise with tenants and landlords on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and emails, responding to general inquiries and property-related requests.
- Process new tenancy applications from prospective tenants, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage new tenant deposits, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Create and update property records on our CRM system and other databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and planning skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Professional conduct and attitude, with a commitment to enhancing the company's reputation.
