About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Lead to join our team at Pinterest. As a key member of our Training & Learning function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering large-scale learning programs for our global sales workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences for our sales teams, leveraging adult learning theory and best instructional practices.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create tailored training programs that meet the needs of our sellers.
  • Lead the learning design process, from needs assessment to program evaluation, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other Training & Learning professionals to ensure seamless integration of learning experiences across the organization.
  • Develop and report metrics to assess learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in sales training or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs for sales teams.
  • Extensive experience with learning authoring tools and collaboration software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and its application in a work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address skill and knowledge gaps in the workforce.
