The Duty Manager position is a key role within our organisation, providing a rewarding experience and opportunities for career growth in leisure management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety and customer care within the Centre.
  • Develop and promote an exciting leisure programme to increase usage and profitability.
  • Assume shift management responsibility to maximise Centre performance and maintain customer care standards.
