Sales Development Representative

Ideal Recruit Ltd is currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-minded individual to thrive within a family business that offers great culture and fantastic opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and enquiries for the Business Development Manager within your team
- Become an expert in your field and answer any questions regarding the products or company
- Working to KPI's based on Booking Meetings, Creating Sales Opportunities, Outbound Calls
- Using company database to keep customer information up to date
- Go the extra mile to facilitate future sales and hit personal targets
- Keep records of calls and sales, taking note of any useful information
- Some form of sales experience (preferably telesales)
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Good knowledge/experience of working with CRM software and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services in order to be able to explain them to prospects
- Excellent English skills, including communication over the phone and written
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Able to work as a team player
