Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc.
Job Summary:The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled administrators, driving operational performance, and adhering to HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to adapt to the demands of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of administrators to achieve operational excellence
- Drive performance and productivity through effective leadership and coaching
- Manage sickness, annual leave, and underperformance within the team
- Carry out quality assessments and provide feedback to the team
- Plan workforce and manage administrative tasks associated with bookings, pre-op assessment, and admissions
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of spreadsheets, systems, and processes
- Provide data and insights to the Patient Admissions Manager, Director of Shared Services, SMT, and HoDs as required
- Attend and contribute to regular departmental meetings and stay up-to-date on hospital/support centre matters
- Support other staff in the performance of duties and establish good working relationships with colleagues and other Spire Healthcare staff
- Attend training events and meetings to acquire knowledge and skills
