We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Compliance Associate to join our Finance team in Prestatyn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up with payors, ensuring accuracy of input coding, and business partnering with non-finance teams to extract financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Timely follow-up with payors to achieve resolution and recovery of balance.
- Ensure accuracy of input coding and maintenance into the Meditech coding custom defined screen (CDS).
- Business partnering with non-finance teams to extract financial information and aid Revenue on key financial insight.
- Champion continuous improvement to facility, senior finance, and clinical teams.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent computer/systems skills with demonstrated spreadsheet and database expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ensuring messages are understood across the business (internal/external stakeholders).
