Key Responsibilities
  1. Timely follow-up with payors to achieve resolution and recovery of balance.
  2. Ensure accuracy of input coding and maintenance into the Meditech coding custom defined screen (CDS).
  3. Business partnering with non-finance teams to extract financial information and aid Revenue on key financial insight.
  4. Champion continuous improvement to facility, senior finance, and clinical teams.
  5. Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent computer/systems skills with demonstrated spreadsheet and database expertise.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills ensuring messages are understood across the business (internal/external stakeholders).
