Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team at HSL Chairs. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality furniture to meet the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Upholster furniture to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Meet agreed production targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Comply with Health and Safety procedures, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Support overtime during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing demands.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Experience in upholstery in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a focus on chair-making.
- Ability to respond to training on new products, adapting to changing demands and requirements.
