Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join our team at HSL Chairs. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for crafting furniture to the highest standards, ensuring that every piece meets our company's exceptional quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upholster furniture to a high standard, adhering to our company's quality control procedures.
  • Provide exceptional work quality, meeting and exceeding our set standards.
  • Meet agreed production targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Comply with Health and Safety procedures, as outlined in our company's Health and Safety policy.
  • Support overtime during busy periods, with prior notification.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices, particularly around workstations.

Requirements

  • Experience in upholstery, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on chair-making.
  • Ability to respond to training on new products, adapting to the demands of our business.
