Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and engineering of DFMA structural steelwork, ensuring compliance with access and egress requirements.
  • Strategic oversight of delivery and logistics to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinating the management of associated MEP services within the DFMA framework.
  • Ensuring adherence to M&E regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance safety and sustainability performance across the project.
  • Managing data and processes effectively to support project goals.
  • Utilizing advanced IT skills for BIM and construction management tools.
  • Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards.
