About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Clancy, one of the largest family-owned construction companies in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Cost Control and Management: Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and is completed in accordance with the project specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
