About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Travel within the assigned sales region to meet with existing customers, reinforce brand loyalty, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by capitalizing on new sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products through comprehensive training and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your schedule and appointments to maximize time on the road and achieve sales goals.
  • Feedback and Insights: Provide regular feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the sales region.
