Position Overview
Lead Oracle Solutions Consultant needed for a prominent organization. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a flexible working arrangement post-probation.

This pivotal position reports directly to the ERP Director and involves collaboration with business applications, analysts, process owners, developers, and end users.

The compensation package ranges from £60,000 to £70,000, accompanied by a comprehensive employee benefits scheme.


We are looking for an Oracle specialist who can provide innovative solutions and enhancements for both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset and the ability to think critically and execute effectively.

Applicants should ideally possess a Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, showcasing both knowledge and proficiency in computer science disciplines.

Involvement in new projects is essential, particularly in the implementation of new initiatives related to the ongoing enhancement of Oracle-based systems and processes. The ability to challenge the status quo and drive change is crucial.

Your professional background should reflect a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Oracle development and deployment, including support for Oracle EBS Versions, functioning as a Senior Analyst, and managing the complete integrated stack of Oracle cloud applications and services.

Key responsibilities will include facilitating business processes, evaluating current end-user activities, defining business requirements, and designing solutions across the organization.


As the Lead Oracle Solutions Consultant, you must demonstrate expertise in Oracle Finance, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, focusing on assessing, enhancing, and delivering new and improved solutions through the Oracle system.

Collaboration with key stakeholders and business managers is essential, as you will be responsible for providing ongoing coaching and training, as well as producing comprehensive documentation on all activities.

Furthermore, it is necessary to research, comprehend, and apply Oracle Application knowledge across all business areas, exhibiting exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and confidently delivering information and complex reports to key stakeholders.
