We are currently seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and experienced Lecturer in Risk Management within the Department of Finance, Accounting and Risk, part of the Glasgow School for Business and Society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences underpinned by scholarly activity.
  • Contribute to the development and assessment of existing modules.
  • Supervise students and enhance their educational experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to ensure the curriculum remains current and academically rigorous.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications in Risk Management or a related business discipline, along with significant teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Industry experience is advantageous.

Expertise in areas such as Business Continuity Management, Project Management, Organizational Resilience, Insurance, and Supply Chain Management is highly desirable. Experience in e-learning and online teaching environments is also essential.
