Fleet Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our Transport & Distribution department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the fleet's administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage the fleet's administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Liaise with external maintenance providers to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
  3. Monitor fleet usage and maintain accurate records for analysis and reporting.
  4. Support the Transport & Distribution department in achieving operational targets and ensuring compliance with transport policies, legislation, and procedures.
  5. Assist in the development of operational procedures for fleet management.

Requirements:

  1. A good educational background, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  3. Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
